In terms of improving speed for 0.064mm thickness aluminum-plastic film, the packaging machine adopts double heating (single preheating + single opening and closing double wheel heating method) for the bottom sealing part to ensure the maximum demand for sealing air tightness and sealing quality. The reciprocating end sealer, with a circular end sealing rotation trajectory, can increase the sealing distance by 20-40mm, making it the most effective end sealing position.

Designed for easy use of all machine parts, it offers good visibility of the product during the production process. The operating height has been optimized to enable operators to perform their functions effectively. This advantage, together with the size parts designed for quick changeover, achieves rapid conversion of different size specifications. The ergonomic design also makes it easy to replace thin film rolls.
