- PLC control system and Siemens smart1000 (10 inches) HMI screen: The operating system uses a human-machine interface touch screen to communicate with the machine, realize adjustments to various station programs, and display machine production status, fault alarm, and other functions.
- Quick size adjustment without replacement: No parts need to be replaced when changing varieties, and conversion can be performed directly by adjusting the mechanism. Each adjustment component uses a handle-adjustable locking screw for fastening, which is easy to operate and can be adjusted without tools.
- GMP compliant design: All parts that come into contact with drugs, including secondary feeding hoppers, are made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials, which comply with GMP requirements.
- Automatic folding and conveying of instruction manuals: The machine has the main function of automatic folding (1-4 folds) and conveying of instruction manuals, making the production process more efficient and streamlined.
